How to book?

To proceed to book, simply complete the Booking Form

How to Pay?

The Deposit or Full Amount. 
1. Pay via PayPal. After completing and submitting the booking form online, a confirmation page will appear. Then you can continue to a secure check out with PayPal using your credit card. Or CLICK HERE
2. Pay via your Internet Banking 2 business days before delivery date. After completing and submitting the booking form online and you can pay via your internet banking or pay at a branch of Westpac. Once payment is made please SMS/Email a copy of the internet banking receipt or bank stub if going into a branch. 

How much to Pay?

1. A deposit of $150 is required. Then the remaining balance to be paid as cod to the performer on the night/day of your delivery. 
2. Alternatively, you can pay the full payment as per How to Pay.

What payment types are there?

1. All major Credit Cards are accepted through Paypal
2. You can pay by Internet Banking before the delivery date
3. Cash on Delivery to the performer of the remaining balance once the deposit has been paid and cleared.

I don't have a PayPal account?

PayPal accept all major credit cards and you DO NOT have to have a paypal account. We accept paypal payments because they have one of the highest security credit card payment systems available to you.

Why are there no prices on the website?

Because there are varying factors such as toll and travel charges to outer areas that we can service and custom requirements.  Call our friendly staff for a price

When can gorilla grams do deliveries?

Gorilla Grams can do deliveries on any day of the week throughout the year, pending availability. Additional fees will be applicable for public holiday deliveries.
They can deliver your Gorilla Singing Telegram between the hours of 9am to 10pm. Outside these hours upon request.

Delivery times the Gorilla arrives?

The Gorilla Gram can arrive at anytime during your selected delivery arrival time span.

What does delivery arrival span mean?

It is the time period that the performer can arrive to do the delivery. The arrival schedules you can choose from are as follows:

• 2 hour arrival span - free
• 1 hour arrival span - $22 extra (ie 8 to 9pm, 8.30 to 9.30 pm ect.)
• 1/2hr arrival span - $33 extra (8-15 to 8.45 ect.)
• Arrive on the spot time is $55

What venues/places do gorillagrams deliver to?

We have done gorilla gram deliveries to many different places and venues over the years.
Restaurants : Work offices : Factories : Pubs : Clubs: Hotels : Boats : Homes : Cafes : Shopping Malls : Banks : Schools : Uni : Hospitals : Taronga Zoo : Parks and lots more.

Can you delivery my gift?

Yes, we can for a small handling fee.  Just let us know what it is first as some items may not be suitable for the Gorilla to hold

How long does the gorilla gram delivery go for?

Based on research peoples attention span at parties is approximately 10 minutes. Package 1 is 7 - 10 based on the environment and package 2 is a quick impact delivery that is suitable when time is of an essence, such as at a meeting or a sales environment but you still want to make an 

Can you deliver early morning before 9am or really late after 10pm?

Yes we can with enough notice and subject to availability of your performer. There will be an additional charge based on the time required
